ASMBS invites attendees to a non-CME social hour, where they can review and discuss continuously playing unedited surgical videos of bariatric procedures. Session will begin with opening statements, and then run as an open access event for attendees. Dates Available: Tuesday October 31st, 4pm – 6pm Thursday November 2nd, 4pm – 6pm This exclusive sponsorship recognizes you as the host sponsor of this session. Exclusive Sponsorship Includes:

For the first time ASMBS will be presenting all poster abstracts in e-poster format. Sponsorship opportunities are available to bring your brand to our Poster Sessions. Poster Sessions are not provided for CME and hosted in the exhibit hall.

Home Screen/Host Sponsorship – $20,000

Have your company host the ASMBS E-Poster Sessions in the Exhibit Hall. Your company will be recognized with your logo on the hanging sign over the E-Poster section. Additionally, your company logo or ASMBS approved advertisement will be placed on the home screen of all 16 Screens where E-Posters will be accessed by attendees.

Industry Poster Abstract – $500

E-Posters provide easier access to information about research and products in the field. Participate in our new ‘Industry Poster Abstract’ section of our E-Poster Library in each of the 34 Screens. You will be able to submit an ‘Abstract Poster’ introducing attendees to your latest research, service, or product. Provide attendees the background they need to make an informed decision about your company.

ASMBS Practice Building Networking Reception Sponsorship – $4,000

ASMBS is hosting a reception for all members with special recognition to our Community & Independent Practitioners. Community & Independent Practice members are in private practice or are employed by community hospitals or nonacademic health care systems. Our committee serving these members work to create pathways and tips for community surgeons to help them build high quality comprehensive programs to improve outcomes across the board. This reception is designed to bring together this unique subset of providers an opportunity to network with one another as well as with peers working in different practice models.
